Bailey Harris, ninth grade art student at Frankfort High School, recently competed in the annual patriotic art contest sponsored by Fort Ashby Women's VFW. She placed first in the county and won a monetary amount. She will proceed to the regional level to compete for the State competition and could win $15,000.
