Information on the 8th Grade Dance
Attention 8th Grade Parents & Students: Good Morning! I just wanted to clarify an apparent misunderstanding with regard to the 8th grade awards and the number of guests each student is requested to invite. While we would love to be in a position to offer unlimited seating to all students, we are space-limited. In the original update regarding 8th grade awards, we asked that students have no more than 4 guests each. Also in that update, we asked that you call to check on extra seats. On the RSVP form that was printed up the same day and sent home later, we said that we want to accommodate as many guests as possible. While all three of those statements are still true and correct, they do not alter any of the other statements. Please understand, if you put down that you will be bringing more than 4 guests on the RSVP form, we still may not be able to accommodate the number of guests you are requesting. I will do my best to make arrangements for you, but I am severely limited on the seats I have available; in truth, 4 guests per student is probably going to put us near our maximum. There will be updates made here and on FB, but I ask for your understanding and patience. Joseph E.
