November is a month for gratitude and reflection. This month we focus on support, connection, and hope, helping families strengthen relationships and find comfort in one another. Even during stressful seasons, small acts of gratitude can make a big difference. This issue shares simple, research-backed ways to boost connection, mood, and well-being. Read our November newsletter. Go to ParentGuidance.org for all of our resources.
