NOTICE - Nationwide milk carton shortage affects schools.
NOTICE - effective 11/2 until further notice:
Mineral County Schools was notified last week that our milk vendor is affected by the nationwide milk carton shortage. As a result of this we will only be receiving 60% of our normal orders.
Starting Monday, November 6, we will continue to offer milk at both breakfast and lunch. If for some reason we are not able to get enough milk from our contracted vendors, then we will be offering juice or water at lunch only.
Students who pack lunch will be able to purchase milk for $0.30 cents. No extra milks will be sold during this shortage.
