Back to School Night! August 20, 2026 from 3:30-5:00. Visit classrooms, meet your teacher, learn about Title 1, PTO, and get Volunteer information. PTO is sponsoring a scavenger hunt, popcorn treat, photo op, make a craft, and Chalk the Walk!

BPS Families: Our 2025-2026 yearbooks have arrived! Pickups will be on our playground (weather permitting) on July 23 & 24 for those who purchased or won a yearbook. This includes all fourth grade students who were gifted a yearbook from the PTO.

Good evening BPS Families: Field Day is tomorrow, May 26! Here are a few reminders to help the day go smoothly:

--Field Day is for BPS students only.
--Our picnic will take place regardless of the weather.
--Please send a beach towel and a change of clothes with your child in case of a surprise rain shower. It may be too cold for water games.
--Pre-K students must be supervised by a parent/guardian the entire time and will need to bring their own lunch.
--All field day helpers should pack their own lunch for the picnic.

We are looking forward to a fun day!

BPS Families: Our 3rd and 4th grade students will be taking the WV General Summative Assessment (WVGSA) this week! We know they are going to do amazing and show what they know! Testing Schedule: Monday, 5/11--Math Tuesday, 5/12-No School (Election Day) Wednesday, 5/13--Reading Thursday, 5/14--Writing Friday, 5/15--Make-Ups Families can help by making sure students: -Get a good night’s sleep -Arrive to school on time (7:15-7:35 AM) -Come ready to do their personal best We are so proud of our students and all of their hard work this year.
