Keyser High School (Mineral County) will be host to the West Virginia State Supreme Court as they visit and hear cases when the court holds session for three cases on March 31, 2026. Students from Keyser High School, Frankfort High School, and Hampshire High School will be able to be in the gallery for the three cases that will be heard on site. Students have started researching the background of the cases and will interact in a Q & A session with the Justices and attorneys after the hearings. The Justices and staff will also join the students for lunch prior to their departure. This will be a wonderful learning experience for our students.

The three cases being presented are:

WV State Supreme Court Cases are presented via the WV Judiciary Live Stream. You are welcome to watch along with our students. This session of the WV State Supreme Court will convene at 10 a.m. on March 31, 2026.
