Mineral County students participate in the WV State Science Fair. Vincenzo Altobello from Keyser Middle earned 1st place with his project Human vs. AI. Also representing Mineral County Schools were Hannah Crowe and Kasen Kight from Frankfort Middle School.

2026 Cumberland Valley Optimist Club Awards
The Optimist Club Award recognizes outstanding students for their achievements in academics, social involvement, and for being well-rounded individuals. Their accomplishments, character, and compassion make them outstanding role models for youth in our community!

Mineral County Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Tuesday March 3rd.

KPS/KMS families, due to an accident on route 220, our Keyser campus has lost power. Due to the timing, we will be releasing at normal times. It is possible we may have some slight delays with student delivery due to diverted traffic. Thank you
